Christmas train at Stanley Park

On December 8, we went out to Stanley Park with Auntie Lauren and Uncle Duncan to go on the Christmas train. It didn't start so well since we were quite late and it was pouring rain. But we made it on time and it stopped raining and we had a lot of fun. We went on the train first. The lights were amazing. Both the boys absolutely loved it - they couldn't keep their eyes off the lights. Daniel danced to the Christmas music the whole time we were on the train. It was so much fun to watch the two of them.

The light display is set up by firefighter volunteers and money is collected for the burn fund. So, of course, we had to get a photo of the boys as firemen.

The petting zoo was also open so we wandered through to see all the animals. Adam absolutely loves animals! He spent so much time at each stall or cage, pointing at and talking to the animals. He's so cute!

After about an hour and a half, we were tired, cold and very hungry, so we went to White Spot to celebrate Lauren's birthday. After way too much dinner and chocolate cake, we decided to call it a night.
