Olympic Adventures - The Richmond O Zone
Well, the Vancouver 2010 Olympics have begun! The excitement is starting to build around the city and you can see Canada flags everywhere you look. On Sunday, we decided to head to one of the celebration areas - the Richmond O Zone. There were a lot of food tents as well as Holland Heineken House, which has become the gathering place of anyone Dutch - orange was everywhere. We couldn't go in, though, because you had to be over 19 and our kids don't quite pass for 19 yet! But we did watch the mogul competition and saw Canada win its first gold at home. It was pretty exciting watching that in a huge crowd. The kids were pretty cold and tired, though, so we didn't last long. But we're looking forward to catching more of the free events around town.

Loved the boys outfits - very patriotic as well as cute. I think we may have some athletic contenders in the family!
So fun!! I have been telling Elise, that your family lives near the Olympics. She is so jealous :)
