We had decided a while ago that Daniel had outgrown his tricycle but we weren't quite prepared to get him a two-wheeler yet. Plus, we just couldn't bring ourselves to buy such a big gift for no particular reason. That's the trouble when you have a November birthday - you can't give a kid a bike for his birthday and tell him he can't ride it for 6 months! Anyway, last week James saw a great deal on a "big wheel" tricycle - only $25! Perfect! It arrived at Sears today and we went to pick it up this evening. Daniel loves his "motorcycle bike," as he calls it. And Adam proudly rode around on the tricycle. I think we'll have quite a few fun bike rides this summer! Now we just have to teach Daniel to pedal and Adam to steer...
